I have struggled with getting healthy and staying healthy my entire life. Unlike in other parts of the world where getting healthy can mean finding a reliable source of food and water, the United States has the exact opposite problem; avoiding high calorie foods and getting adequate amounts of proper nutrition. The best advice for getting and staying healthy is to eat as many whole foods and naturally growing foods as possible while avoiding processed and prepackaged foods. Take a stem cell enhancer or other supplements. Eating fruits, vegetables and whole grains helps you in many ways. First, most fruits and vegetables have a good calorie to nutrition ratio; that is, they provide many vitamins and nutrients while supplying a relatively low amount of calories.
Also, whole foods provide these nutrients in chemical structures and amounts that are healthy for the body and easy to absorb. Taking a multivitamin, a nutritional supplement, a stem cell enhancer that contains 100% a certain vitamin does not guarantee that your body will absorb 100% of the vitamin. Eating a variety of fruits of vegetables that contain naturally occurring amounts of vitamins is the best way to ensure that your body digests and absorbs the most useful amount of nutrients. By eating whole foods and avoiding high calorie, low nutrient foods you can start to become more healthy and keep yourself healthy.
