Charlene Li , the author of "Groundswell: Winning In A World Transformed By Social Technologies", a must-read book says, having thousands of friends will become "so 2008". Cannot agree more. Just check your friends list: neighbours, people whom you met at corporate party once in your life, your dogs vets wife and so on. Influenced by financial crisis, defriending will become a really hot trend. So... a nice story how Burger King has already used that.

You can use games to target some harder-to-reach audiences:
- an iPhone app game for iPhone users;
- a web-based or flash game for “normal” day-to-day internet users;
- or an Xbox game if your target is 15 to 35 years old males.
